I can't say enough about Casey and the rest of the staff at New Westminster. There were some A/V issues that were sorted out by the time the service started so all good. Thanks Casey and staff for all of your caring during this difficult time. They took care of my partner's stepmother's cremation but my partner was in town for 7 days and they couldn't promise they would have the cremation done by then. I am a crematorium operator at one of the busiest crematoriums in Ontario and we don't take longer than 4 days to do a cremation and get it back to the funeral home. I'm not sure why they couldn't expedite this, but I was disappointed in them for not trying.
